We are looking for a SCM senior consultant in China.
我们想要招聘一位供应链管理高级咨询师，在中国开展项目。
The candidates will work as senior consultant to support clients to develop the world class supply chain program, to lead the consulting team to achieve the milestones.
候选人将作为高级咨询师，支持客户开展世界级供应链发展项目，带领咨询团队完成项目目标。
The candidate acts as a catalyst for supply chain managers and process improvement teams to achieve defined improvement objectives and specific goals on the journey to excellence.
候选人要能够为供应链部门经理和流程改善团队起催化作用，以达到既定的优化指标，实现通往卓越之路上的各个特定的目标。
The candidates will also contribute to the development of our company’s current and new offers, as part of his own personal development.
作为个人发展的一部分，候选人也将开发拓展公司当前和新的业务，为公司做出贡献。
Candidate profile
候选人要求
We are looking for people with hands-on experience and proven knowledge of SCM related tools and methods, rich experience in Supply Chain Management, with solid references to demonstrate successful application and results, and also with good leadership and project management experience.
我们希望候选人具有丰富的实践经验，对供应链管理工具和方法有深入的理解，对供应链有比较丰富的经验，能成功地应用到实际项目中，还要具有出众的领导能力和项目管理的经验。

Knowledge & industry experience

6-15 years of work experience in supply chain environment (Prior consulting experience is a definite advantage).
6-15年供应链管理工作经验（若有咨询行业经验更加分）
Deep understanding on Supply Chain modules, including but not limited to SC strategy, Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Sourcing etc.
对供应链各个模块均有深刻认识与理解，包含且不仅限于供应链策略、计划、物流、配送、供应商开发等
Detail requirements on modules are
对各模块的具体要求如下：
Supply Chain Strategy – Must, with theoretical and practical experience
供应链策略 – 必须且包含理论及实践经验
Planning – Must, strong with S&OP implementation and Demand Management
计划 – 必须且有较强的销售及运营规划和需求管理的导入经验
Logistic – Medium experience is required
物流 – 要求中等经验
Distribution – Medium
配送 – 要求中等经验
Sourcing – not strongly required
供应商开发 – 非强制要求
Supply Chain ERP hands-on skill on SD, PP, MM module is preferred
供应链ERP的实际经验，如在SD, PP, MM模块的经验为优
Strong analytical skills
强大的分析技能
Digital tools application experience in Supply Chain is a plus
供应链领域数字化工具的应用经验为优
Consulting & behavioural requirements

Proven track record in successfully applying SCM tools and methodologies.

With strong experience in training and facilitation, able to articulate complicated concepts structurally while in a vivid way.
在培训和引导方面有较强经验，能够将复杂概念以清晰和结构化的方式传达，同时不乏生动
Able to build a good and trusting working relationship with different levels at the client.

Able to work autonomously as well as in teams.

Willingness to travel extensively in the country

Educational requirements
教育背景
Bachelor degree Supply, Logistics, Engineering or in Economics.
供应链、物流、工程或经济专业本科学历以上
Proven advanced PPT and excel skills.
熟练掌握PPT和Excel技能
APICS Certification on CPIM/CSCP/SCOR-P is an outstanding plus
APICS CPIM/CSCP/SCOR-P资格认证者为优
Language
语言
Excellent command of Chinese (mother tongue) and English (fluent working level) are both a must.
中文（母语）和英文（流利的工作水平）两者兼备
