We are looking for WCM consultant in China.
我们想要招聘一位世界级制造咨询师，在中国开展项目。
The candidates will work as consultant to support clients to develop the operational excellence program, to help the consulting team to achieve the milestones.
候选人将作为咨询师，支持客户开展卓越运营项目，帮助咨询团队完成项目目标。
The candidate acts as a catalyst for manufacturing and process improvement teams to achieve defined improvement objectives and specific goals on the journey to excellence.
候选人要能够为制造与流程改善团队起催化作用，以达到既定的优化指标，实现通往卓越之路上的各个特定的目标。
The candidates will also contribute to the development of our company’s current and new offers, as part of his own personal development.
作为个人发展的一部分，候选人也将开发拓展公司当前和新的业务，为公司做出贡献。
Candidate profile
候选人要求
We are looking for people with hands-on experience and proven knowledge of WCM tools and methods with solid references to demonstrate successful application and results, and also with good leadership and project management experience.
我们希望候选人具有丰富的实践经验，对世界级制造有深度的理解，能够熟练运用工具和方法，应用到实际项目中，还要具有出众的领导能力和项目管理的经验。
Job requirements
职位要求
5-10 years of work experience in production environment (Prior consulting experience is a definite advantage).
5-10年制造业工作经验（若有咨询行业经验优先）
Strong analytical skills.
强大的分析技能
Proven track record in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies.
在质量管理、流程改善和解决问题的工具和方法方面有成功的工作案例
Project and change management experience.
项目管理和变革管理经验
Able to build a good and trusting working relationship with different levels in the organisation.
在组织的不同层级上可以建立友好可信赖的合作关系
Able to work autonomously as well as in teams.
有能力自主工作，也具有团队合作精神
Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements.
有实施并维持变革/改善的丰富经验
Willingness to travel extensively in the country.
愿意接受在国内频繁的差旅
